Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Elliott Solutions, LLC ("I," "me," "Elliott Solutions") collects through elliottsolutionsfl.com, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because there is not much to say.
What I collect
The only information I collect on purpose is what you type into the inquiry form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A description of what you need
- Your rough budget, if you choose to select one
If you email or call me instead, I receive whatever you send or say, along with your email address or phone number.
Like any website, the servers that deliver this site automatically receive technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These appear in standard server logs kept by my hosting provider.
I do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this site.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if you want to go ahead, prepare a plan and quote.
- To keep a record of our correspondence.
- To keep the site secure and working (server logs, spam filtering).
I only use your details to respond to your inquiry. I do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for marketing mailing lists.
Who else handles it
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this site and processes the inquiry form. Form submissions are stored in my Netlify account and forwarded to me. Netlify also keeps server logs. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- Google (Gmail) handles email sent to and from me. See Google's privacy policy.
These providers act on my behalf to run the site and deliver your message. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties. If that changes, I will update this page first.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up. If we work together, I keep project records as needed for business and legal purposes.
Your choices: access and deletion
You can ask me to tell you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email jaxjoelliott@gmail.com from the address you used and I will respond within 30 days. I may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
